Regional Economic Growth Strategy
Strategic Plan 2022-2027 Forging our Future, CollABoratively.
This plan lays out our shared goals for the coming years to help assure Central Alberta’s place as one of the country’s top regions.
Building on our collective strengths, the plan is a culmination of the region’s shared goals and purpose, it aligns stakeholders around strategic priorities as well as the initiatives and resources to realize them. We are poised to harness our collective strength and forge a bold future.
The process for developing this Regional Economic Growth Strategy has been as important, if not more important, than the goals or outcomes being jointly pursued and understanding and believing in the mutual benefits that will flow from our collaboration is a fundamental component of our collective success.
As a membership driven organization, this strategy is yours as much as it is CAEP’s and our hope is that the work we do not only compliments your work but elevates it as well.
With that context, a reminder that this document is simply a snapshot of the three key goals and the six broad sector categories and is not inclusive of all sectors or initiatives that are priorities in our central Alberta region. CAEP with its partners, will continue the robust project and program implementation plans to serve the region.
